We provide shipping services both within the UK and internationally. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the location and customs processing.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order:

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping fees) and you will need to place a new order.

Address Change
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at Support@London-Elegance.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
